Research On Financial Synthetic Evaluation On Our Country's Employer Fund

There is research literature on financial evaluation on our country's employer pension fund, but the lack of the research literature on financial synthetic evaluation based on financial report .Therefore, it is essential to explore financial synthetic evaluation based on financial report on our country's employer pension fund.This dissertation establishes a set of financial index system on employer pension fund in light of enterprise's financial index system and employer pension fund's characteristics of financial report .Because the practice of our country's employer pension fund investment is still in its fledgling stage, there is no financial report on employer pension fund as a sample. so I pick out twenty-four open-end funds' financial reports for replacements and 1 build a model on a base of factor–analysis. I select five factors out of eleven as main indicators. The selected factors mentioned above have been measured by these five primary standards as follow: (l) the profitability and potentiality (2) the allocation of equity and bond (3)the capacity of preserving and increasing and the charge of cash (4) the allocation of cash (5) the charge of asset. From those points of view,1 make a close Analysis of their performances. As a result,1 get quite an objective assessment on those listed funds. According to the feedbacks,the listed funds are listed in proper sequence. I choose some of them which appeared on top ones. 1 make comments on those fund's financial conditions.
