The Update Research On Landscape Character About Kuling Town Of Lu Shan Mountain

At present, with the rapid development of Scenic Areas, the scale of construction about tourist towns are increasing. At the same time, the related issues appeared, especially the ecological environment of these tourist towns was deteriorated, the quality of the visual landscape was declined and historical and cultural heritages was destructed, which had not only damaged the town's landscape character, but also seriously affected the sustainable development of the Scenic Areas. Through updating research on landscape character of Lushan Kuling town, This paper attempts to set a pattern for the development and the protection of tourist town ,which is scientific and reasonable, and healthy, and make the tourist town and Lushan mountain get sustainable development together .Based on grasping of the concept about landscape and landscape character ,this paper analysises problems about landscape of Lushan Kuling town in the present and the causes of the problems, and then put forward the updating idea: First of all, control the scale of Kuling town; Second, update the landscape character on Kuling town .Eevacuate the population and land distribution though Organic Evacuation Theory and the relevant planning of Kuling town; and propose updating model and the specific methods for landscape character of Kuling town through the the analysis of theories and practices of research about related cityscape planning, ecological planning of urban landscape, protection of historical sites. That is controlling the natural ecological environment of the landscape and visual image which effect landscape character from macro-level, protecting the historical area which contact historical and cultural heritages from meso-level, rectifing and shaping specific features of the area of significant landscape from micro-level. And then practice the updating of landscape features of Kuling town by appling the model and the method. Finally, summarize the research results and point out the shortcoming of this study ,and make recommendations and prospects for the future research and practices.
