The Theory Exploration And Practice Options Of Equitable Distribution Of Socialism

In the societies with all regimes, the relations among people, anyway, is a kind of economic one, of which the beneficial relations is the most important manifestation. Meanwhile, it is the most fundermental and universal one people pay greatest attention to. Thus,"distribution",especially the distribution of material interests, is mostly about citizens'lives and concerned by millions of people. In the distribution system of our country, distribution by work, which embodies the basic feature of socialism and plays an important role in economic construction and social stability of our country, is the leading distribution means. However, long-term single system of distribution by work couldn't be line with the development of economic society. Especially, the distribution of fairness led by planned economy tied the capacity development.The market economy of socialism demands the liberity of distribution system. More over, the coexistence of several kinds of distribution system also boosts the enormous capacity, fueling the rapid economic development in our country. But due to the unsmooth distribution relations, with which the system hasn't kept pace, the economic efficiency and social equality haven't been dealt with well, then having made the unfair distribution become the hot topic concerned mostly by citizens. The gradual disparity of citizen's income, and the remaining hing of Gini Coeficience doesn't only affect deeper innovation, but also cause many unstable factors, influencing the social tranquilizer. Implementing equitable distribution has become an outstanding problem on steady development. Only recognizing and handling interests correctly, absorbing the quintessence of equitable distribution theory both home and abroad according to democratic rule as well as fair and just, refering to other country's successful expericence, setting up fair and equitable distribution system from concrete situation of our country, can reflect social equality really and contribute harmonious society of socialism.This essay has reviewed the evolving process of distribution theory of Socialism, and studied the concept of equitable distribution in Western Economy and the practise of which in foreign countries. Then, this essay explored the theories and practices of income distribution since the Opening-up and Reform, and gave full display of the essence of distribution justice and its evaluating standards, therefore brought forward countmeasures in four aspects to tackle the unfair distribution of income existing at the present stage of China.
