| At the era of knowledge economy, technology innovation has been identified as a crucial factor in firm survival and development, and the technology innovation talents are the main body of corporate technology innovation. Because of that, facing with the fierce market competition, it is becoming more and more important to build a technology innovation talents' team. This article established a more scientific evaluation indexes system on technology innovation talents, and did research on it using the Analytic Network Process, then came to the indexes weights, and carried out comprehensive evaluation for the typical enterprises of Jilin Province using the Grey Correlation Analysis, to discover problems existed in the building of enterprise technology innovation talents' team and raise countermeasures and proposals to enhance the strength of enterprise technology innovation talents' team. This study can provide theoretical guiding for governmental developments and enterprises in the aspects of perfecting the talent-building environment for the team of technology innovation talents, setting up incentive mechanisms to motivate technology innovation talents, reducing brain drain of high-level technology innovation talents and so on. It, meanwhile, has a salutary reference to perfect the enterprise technology innovation talents' team of Jilin Province. |
