| In2007,the No.ldocument of the centralcommittee of the CPC(No.1 document) emphasize that in order to promote the development of modern agricultural,we must make great efforts to improve independent innobation capability of agricultural sci-tech and accelerate the transformation and application of agricultural sci-tech achievements.Meanwhile,we should also improve the contribution rate of sci-tech advance to the modern agriculture and guide the agricultural enterprises to technical innovation.It is impossible that modern agriculture can develop quickly without technical innovation,while the main innovator are the agricultural companies,and they are the most important operator of modern agriculture.So the key to developing modern agriculture is the improvement of sci-tech innovation capability of agricultural enterprise.But choose which kind of technique innovation pattern is a key problem to the living and development of agriculture enterprises.Firstly,the paper begins with a discussion of three topical technique innovation patterns for enterprise,analysis their main characteristics and identify the strengths and weaknesses of themselves.Indicate them how to affect the selection of technique innovation pattern. Secondly,on the basis of three technique innovation,compling with the characteristic of Xinjiang agriculture enterprises , thought that agricultural enterprises in Xinjiang that the basic pattern of technological innovation should be taken together in the technology and market driven to innovation-oriented innovation at the same time to increase co-operation model.And further Analysis about the small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises and agricultural enterprises to choose the model of technological innovation of Xinjiang,respectively. And then from dynamic mechanism, incentive mechanism, personnel training, policy mechanisms four areas to promote the realization of technological innovation in agriculture of Xinjiang. |
