Reasearch On The Development Of Private Enterprises In Xinjiang

Since reform and opening up the economy of Xinjiang has achieved great development. However, compared with the eastern provinces, the development is growing gap. As a China's western region, many factors led to the backwardness of economic development in Xinjiang and private enterprise is one of the reasons. If we want to advance private economy, we must attach importance to the development of private enterprises and adopt a viable development strategy.Now Many of the problems also is affecting private enterprises, such as: low levels of entrepreneurial culture, weak management capacity, lack of innovative spirit; no environment for the development of private enterprises, backward thinking, not a sound system, the market development of the imperfect ; Both internal environment and external can not lead to the smooth development of private enterprises. Therefore, we must create a good environment to promote private enterprise to develop, and bring up excellent private enterprises which adapt to the needs of economy, and put forward feasibility strategy to private enterprise development.In this paper, we use a methods that combined theoretical analysis and empirical study to research the development of Xinjiang's private enterprise in the field of technical and economic context. This article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction. This part shows the significance and background of f this article, the main research and framework, research methods and innovationIn the second chapter, we analyze the development and problems of private enterprises in Xinjiang, and analysis of the problem.In the third part, we used the experience of economically developed areas in domestic as reference, and mainly discussed the "Wenzhou model", "Sunan model" and the "Pearl River Model". In the end, we summed up the experience of private economic development in Xinjiang.The forth part is case Studies.According to the present situation of private enterprises in Xinjiang, as well as the characteristics and analysis of problems and learning from the experience and enlightenment of economically developed regions, we chose some enterprises as a case to carry out the application and analysis.In the fifth part we have proposed the ideas of the development and development strategy in Xinjiang's private enterprises.The sixth part is conclusion.
