A Research On Housing Guarantee System Of Urumqi

Housing is a basic condition for human existence, is the key to live, work and social stability. As China's housing reform and economic development, the housing price increases rapidly. So, housing problems of low-income families have become increasingly prominent. The housing security system of xinjiang is in initial stage, so it needs to improve continually. Through the research on housing reform of Urumqi, I hope it has played a very good reference to other cities of xinjiang. And the housing guarantee system of xinjiang can be improved finally, that is why I select the urumqi for the study. In this paper, I choice the overall housing guarantee system as the analysis. By comparison, qualitative analysis and survey, I find that there are many problems of urumqi's housing security system, such as inadequate understanding about the system; low coverage; insufficient supply of housing protection; the effect of monetary subsidies is not obvious; economical and habitable housing prices is too high; single source of funds about low-priced rent housing; as well as inefficient of housing public reserved fund and other issues. The thesis focuses on protection of low-priced rent housing to discuss and analyzes the current situation of Urumqi. With the mature experience at home and abroad in guarantee systems, the article proposes the policy recommendations on improving housing guarantee system to establish a housing guarantee model of mainly low-price rent housing, economical and habitable housing and housing public reserved fund system as a supplement.
