When people look forward to a bright future for the 21st century, the ecological environment has become more and more serious .A problem that should not be evaded before us: how to balance environmental protection and economic development. Enhanced awareness of environmental protection enterprises are a great external pressure, and changes in market demand, the "green products" in demand, given the rise of the environmental protection industry to provide opportunities for development.It is the best choice toenhance the competitiveness when facing to the future competition in the market. who can take the lead in green marketing, who will be the first to market, which is to adapt to market the only way for the future.The company A is a large furniture manufacturer, which has a production base of 150,000 square meters factory, more than 2,000 employees, products various kinds of solid wood furniture.The implementation of its green marketing strategy has both inside and outside the enterprise to adapt to the current environment and the need for far-reaching significance. In this paper,I elaborate through a combination of A Case of the furniture industry the need for green marketing. On the basis of the SWOT analysis of internal and external environment of the company can be pointed out that it is a must to implement green marketing strategies in order to seize the opportunities of green consumption. And We must implement the green marketing strategy as soon as possible: the development of green products, the development of appropriate green prices, select the appropriate sales channels, vigorously promote green activities, the use of advanced green technologies, the implementation of green management, to create a green brand, establish a green corporate image can be in the new round of competition in the market to seize the initiative, the wave of the green to grow and develop. Through the process of product design, production process and packaging process of the "green" of control, with green furniture the basic hardware software services in the decision-making. Company A is requested to put environmental awareness in business decision-making, carried out in order to protect the ecological environment for business activities, the result is to not only meet consumer demand based on the profit, but also to achieve social, economic and ecological environment development.
