Meanwhile, it is also the crucial segment of development and management of human resource.Using the theory of the compensation management and design synthetically, taking A company for instance, this thesis put the problems by analysis on the current compensation system. Considering that the existing compensation system can not meet the requirements of human resource development, that the compensation reform will be urgent.In accordance with the problems of existing compensation system, persisting in the fairness, incentive, competitiveness as the design principle, according to A Company's development strategy and compensation strategies, establishing a new compensation model that is base on the positions value and performance result. In accordance with the job analysis, job evaluation, market survey and other design steps, and ultimately building up five different positions compensation packages as business operation positions, management positions, engineering positions, operator positions, sales positions.This thesis is an application attempt from theory to practice. This program will be applied to solve the existing problems of A company's compensation system. Hope the referential samples of compensation will be useful for those sorts of A companies at the same time. |
