Currently, the real estate industry in China is facing big challenges with the rapid changes of the economical, political, cultural and technical environment. Under this background, this article focused on the case study of Jindu Real Estate Group. The company's business strategies were well analyzed and evaluated using the strategy management and strategy mapping methodology, adopting the philosophy from Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton.It first reviewed the growth history of the Jindu Real Estate Group and raised the importance and urgency of the strategy map development requirement for the company. The different perspectives within the business strategy management science were then explained, which led to the significance of strategy mapping theory (Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton). The business strategies of the Jindu Real Estate Group were mapped out using SWOT analysis based on the inner and outer environment the company faces, which fully illustrated the topic of this article. Research conclusion and suggestions were given at the end.This article was expected to provide a comprehensive strategy analysis framework for the hands-on business management by understanding the current scenarios and future plan of the Jindu Real Estate Group and therefore the enterprise strategies as a whole.
