The Embedded Diagnosis Of Anxi Tea Industry

In the 21^st century,the competition in the business area is evolving from individual enterprise development's strategy into industry cluster strategy.As a major form of regional economic growth,the industry cluster not only promotes the regional economics greatly but also strengthens the competitive advantages of industry at home and abroad,which is more and more valued widely today.Non-state-owned economy have been kept growing rapidly over the past three decades since the reform and opening-up.Quanzhou,the biggest city of Non-state-owned economy in Fujian Province,also have built up some traditional industry clusters with regional features,and one typical example of them is Anxi tea industry.In the recent years,tea industry has been one of traditional industries, mainstay industries,livelihood industries and specialty industries,and it played a very important role in advancing the economic increase of Anxi County.Additionally,Anxi has made the developing policy of "establish a power county and rich people through tea industry ",which meant the county would push the industrialization of tea forward positively and improve the comprehensive strength of regional economy.For this reason,it's an urgent issue to research and discuss how to enhance the Anxi tea industry,and it will be extremely meaningful in theory and in practice for raising Anxi tea industry,boosting total economic competitive power and promoting the construction of new socialist countryside.On the background of the introduction to embedded theory of industry cluster and the overview of tea industry development in Anxi and China,this article attempts to analyze the Anxi tea industry through a theoretical mainframe of three hierarchies of embeddedness in order to supply concrete proposals to Anxi tea industry's development.The first section of this paper is to talk about the background and significance of topic selection,content and techniques of research operation and overview to all theories that would be used in it;the second part begins from the general situation of Quanzhou industry clusters and analyze the cluster types which are shaped by the functions of different types of elements.The third part traces the history of tea industry development of China,and predicts the future,and illustrates the features of tea industry,which is then applied to Anxi county condition;the fourth part the writer uses three-hierarchy embeddedness theoretical mainframe to analyze the Anxi tea industry from economic embeddedness,institutional embeddedness and social embeddedness individually when measurable embeddedness is also discussed at the same time.Based on above analysis,the fifth part gives relative strategies and suggestions toward Anxi's tea industry.
