The Development Of International Service Outsourcing And China's Countermeasures

With the fast development of international economy,information technology and the drastic competition,in order to pursue reasonable resource or control the costs or get more profit,the multinational corporations gradually transfer their non-focus operations to aboard.Under this circumstance,international service outsourcing becomes the new form of international industrial transfer gradually.As one of the world's fastest-growing countries,China is attracting more and more international service outsourcing contracts.Owing to its effect of promotion to the economy,research on the definition and influent factors of international service outsourcing,making the policy of operating service outsourcing,is an important task both on academic and on reality,so both the government and the experts are paying their attention to China's service outsourcing.This paper researches on international service outsourcing.By introducing the definition of international service outsourcing,and describing the present conditions and the influent factors of it,this paper make us a clear realization of this new business model and the impact of its trend to China.China should pay more attention to international service outsourcing,in light of its characteristics,construct some policy to attract outsourcing,and make the full use of this international trend to develop our economy.We take Dalian as an example,analyze that with the transfer of international services,Dalian have approached great success,then we conclude the successful experience of it.The major content and structure of the paper is as follows:In chapter one,it introduces the definition,the present conditions and the motives of international service outsourcing.It also gives a brief review of the basic theory underlying international service outsourcing.In chapter two,this paper describes the present conditions and trend of international service outsourcing around the world,then discusses the present conditions of China's service outsourcing,and points out the problems of our country.In chapter three,by analyzing the effect of international service outsourcing and comparing it with international direct investment and manufacturing outsourcing,we find that international service outsourcing can upgrade the industrial structure,develop the national economy and increase employment more efficiently.In practical analysis,,we take successful case of Dalian as an example,in order to help other companies in this industry to improve their own business,we discuss the success Dalian have got and conclude its experience.In the last chapter,in order to enlarge the scope of service outsourcing of our country,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the government, guild and companies.
