Study On The Economic Effect Of Jilin Undertaking International Service Outsourcing

With the improvement of the level of global economic integration,service outsourcing industry has become an important newly industry to enhance the competitiveness of countries,which attracts much attention.Since the beginning of twenty-first Century,the service outsourcing industry has developed rapidly with the advantages of high-added value,low pollution and low energy consumption,In particular,the international service outsourcing industry plays an important role in promoting the international division of labor as well as enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,etc.The control from traditional industrial agricultural,the level of economic development in Jilin province has been in a backward position.Although industry and agriculture was once known as Jilin province’s economic growth rate has made outstanding contributions,but with the degree of social integration deepening,the first industry,the second industry driven economic growth rate decreased,at the same time,along with some high pollution and the problem of high energy consumption.This deviates from the principle of low carbon economy currently advocated in Jilin province.In order to change the backward economic situation,we must find a new economic growth point.The service outsourcing industry as an emerging industry in Jilin Province,change the mode of economic growth,the adjustment of industrial structure etc.Has an important role.Therefore,how to make full use of the "The Belt and Road" strategy,seize the opportunity of the industry transfer between regions,the development of service outsourcing industry,promote economic development in Jilin Province,the province will undoubtedly become an important issue at present in Jilin province need to be resolved.Firstly,the essay studies the development background of Jilin service outsourcing industry and the significance to undertake international service outsourcing,makes a literature review on the economic effects of undertaking international service outsourcing.It also illustrates the study frame and relevant research methods.The essay defines the concept and classification of service outsourcing,analyzes the relevant theories of service outsourcing.Based on the theory of comparative advantage,the theory of transaction cost and the theory of core competence,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the study of the development of service outsourcing industry in Jilin Province.Then the paper analyzes the current situations of the development of service outsourcing industry in Jilin province from the aspects of output values,business types,regional distributions and sources,and it analyzes the problems existing in the development of service outsourcing industry in Jilin Province based on the actual situation of Jilin Province.The essay makes the theoretical analysis and empirical test on the economic effects of Jilin’s international service outsourcing.Due to the late development of service outsourcing industry in Jilin province and lack of data,in the empirical aspect,this paper uses the analysis model of grey correlation which has low requirements on data.The statistics data is selected from 2010 to 2015,with the implementation of offshore outsourcing amount referring to the international service outsourcing,this essay makes an empirical analysis on the economic effects of international service outsourcing in Jilin province.Finally,from the two levels of government and enterprises,it proposes some policy suggestions in order to accelerate the development of service outsourcing industry in Jilin province.
