Research Of The Space-Based Development Mechanism And Regulation In The Newly-Developing District That The Industry Development Is The Precursor

The development of the city has been the key link and core area that a national and a region achieve socio-economic development.With the social progress and the development of information technology, the spatial diffusion capacity of a city is enhanced. The effect of the spatial diffusion capacity of a city and the exchange between the city and the surrounding area increase frequently which speed up the expansion outside the city and promote the rapid integration between urban and rural areas. The regional types of the developmental zone and various types of industrial areas are formed in the process of the urban development, which the industrial developments are the main functions, that is, new industry-precursor city. The new industry-precursor city has a single function of the economic development as it is located in a typical industrial area in which is the outskirts of a urban center. With the rapid development of industry and the expansion of the industrial scale, the function of the single economic development has already not meet the needs. Corresponding social functions also need to strengthen which promotes to move forward to the new industry-precursor city step by step. How to develop the new industry-precursor city and how to regulate its spatial patterns which have become current important economic and social development issues. Many issues about the new industry-precursor city, such as concept, theoretical framework, spacial evolution mechanism and the regulation means of the spatial structure of the new industry-precursor city are still further explored due to the research on the new industry-precursor city at home and abroad is still at the initial stage.Therefore, in this paper, using multi-disciplinary theories and methods of economic geography, urban geography, urban sociology, we adopted theoretical research and empirical research, the dynamic process research and static comparative study, measurement study and qualitative research, comparative study and integrated approach from the perspective of the association between urban and region, conducted an in-depth research about the developmental theories of the new industry-precursor city and concluded that the theoretical framework of the new industry-precursor city, as well as the main influencing factors of spacial expansion and structural function. Based on the theoretical studies, the coupling process analysis on the space evolution of changdongbei developmental precursor region in changchun city is conducted. Also, we explore the dynamic mechanism of the space evolution of changdongbei precursor region and put forward the regulation key and regulation objective. In this paper, we highlights the following two aspects. In theoretical studies, we focus on building the theoretical framework of the new industry-precursor city. This article holds that we should start from the concept and the connotation of the new industry-precursor city, and study its main features. So, this paper first put forward that the new industry-precursor city and central urban area form the special economic geographical units. Development entities gradually evolved into the basis for industrial development, socio-economic development as the fundamental driving force of urban geographical space along with urbanization, industrialization and the advancement of information technology, as well as spatial and temporal changes in its system. In addition, we study in-depth the Spacial Evolution mechanism of the new industry-precursor city. First, urbanization is the main process of the spacial evolution mechanism of the new industry-precursor city. Second, industrialization and information technology are the dynamic processes of the Spacial Evolution of the new industry-precursor city. Third, industrialization and information science and technology as a succession of stages of the process, constitutes objectively the dynamic process of the evolution and the development of the urban geographical system. Due to the dual-based and binding feature of the main body and the process of the spacial evolution of the new industry-precursor city, industrialization and information technology industry also poses the dynamic process of of the spacial evolution of the new industry-precursor city. In empirical research, we focused on studying the scope of the pilot areas, function orientation, spacial evolution mechanism and control focus of changdongbei developmental precursor region in changchun city.
