The Study On The Risk Evaluation And Management Of Jinan Shuyu Garden Project

With the development of economy,the demand of real estate shall be increased day by day, but this doesn't mean that there are no risks involved. On the contrary,investment in real estate involves enormous risks. Therefore,careful and detailed risk evaluation shall be arranged.By using the project risk evaluation theory, this paper employs theory analysis and demonstration analysis and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Basing on the risk evaluation of Jinan Shuyu Garden Project, this paper finally draws a reasonable conclusion.The main part of the article firstly introduced the project risk evaluation development, and has carried on the analysis measure to the risk evaluation of real estate project, makes the preparation for the next step of establishment project risk evaluation system. Then the article has carried on the introduction to Jinan Shuyu Garden Project, and analyses the risks of this project by break even analysis and sensitivity analysis. The last part of the article analyses risk management of the project and draws the conclusion of the article.
