A Study On The Operation Mode Of China's Technological Intermediary Organization

This thesis takes the economy, knowledge and times backgrounds as well as the practical demand of the technology intermediary agencies'development into consideration. By comprehensively using literature search, systematic theoretical analysis, referring to related subjects etc., it conducts a profound research on the reform orientation and strategy of technology intermediary agencies'modes through theoretical research and case studies.The thesis first describes theories and a concept related to technological innovation, and clarifies the difference between technology transfer and technology transform, and makes clear the importance of technology intermediary agencies in the process of technological innovation and technology transfer. Then it discusses the structure and the elements of China's technology intermediary service system, and gives an elaborate account on the roles and position of intermediary service system.
