A Study On The Feasibility Of Construction Project Of Shenglan Road

Highway construction project not only has the general characteristics as a huge amount of investment, a high proportion of loans and a long investment recovery period, but also brings a significant impact that can not be ignored to the society, economics and surrounding environment. The feasibility research is very important to ensure the construction, operation and investment recovery of the highway, as well as to promote economic development. This paper takes construction project of Shenglan Road as the research object and does feasibility research from the technical, economic, environmental and other aspects.This paper first introduces the signification,contents and methods. According to the realistic background of economic and social development in Rizhao, this paper analyzes the basic necessities of the construction of Shenglan Road. It makes a reasonable traffic prediction according to the project construction conditions and standards, and arrives at the construction scale; and then arranges the schedule and organization of the construction project. This paper proposes elementary opinions about the design of the road works, drainage works and affiliated works under the guidance of the design principles.The investment and financing are principal issues. According to the amount of the main materials of the project construction, this paper estimates the total investment and then arranges the financing manners, loan repayment plans and sources.According to the round analysis of the possible effects that the drainage works of the project brings to the surrounding air environment, acoustic environment and vibration environment during the construction and operation period, this paper finds out some adverse environmental effects, but by taking corresponding environmental protection measures, the adverse environmental effects can be alleviated or even eliminated.According to the principle of rational allocation of resources, taking the holistic interests of the country into account and using the evaluation parameters and methods, this paper analyzes the national economic benefits and expenses that the project will bring in detail. The sensitivity analysis indicates that the construction project of Shenglan Road has a certain ability to resist risks and it has a strong feasibility on the economy. Overall, this project is necessary in construction, technically feasible and economically reasonable.This paper explains the general flow of the feasibility analysis of railway construction projects through the integrated use of socio-economic survey, dynamic economic analysis and a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. This paper proposes an important academic gist to the construction of Shenglan Road, and also has certain reference value for the feasibility researches of other highway construction projects. This paper has its innovation in the engineering project design, the active application of new technologies, new arts and crafts and new materials and the focusing on green and user-friendly design.
