| ABSTRACT:In the case of guarantee total security agencies as an important indicator to measure guarantee agency’s sustainable development, the competition between China’s guarantee agencies get fiercer. Therefore, through the industrial chain security mode, seek suitable for carrying out large new ways to guarantee business and design measures in a counter-guarantee which meet the parties’ request and the risk control, has become a guarantee companies to improve their competitiveness, promote their development of important initiatives. This paper argues that the industrial chain security model is an effective means to solve total guarantee growing too slowly. At present, China’s credit guarantee institutions are faced with many practical difficulties and cannot carry out a comprehensive industrial chain security mode. Through play to their professional advantage, strengthening the division of labor with other financial institutions, credit guarantee institutions can not only solve the dilemma faced by the development, but also can effectively promote industrial chain security model to carry out, and fundamentally improve its viability and potential for development.This paper combine the relevant literature and Hunan Agricultural Credit Guarantee Corporation actual business operation, through the model studies of the industrial chain financing guarantees that carried out between Hunan Agricultural Credit Guarantee Corporation and the Chinese god and found that the pattern of conduct of Hunan Agricultural Credit Guarantee Corporation to bring a business quantity growth, brings considerable economic benefits, has created a great social benefits. In the analysis of Hunan Agricultural Credit Guarantee Corporation guarantees chain mode operation, this paper combine Hunan Agricultural Credit Guarantee Company’s policy-development requirements, the financing needs of small and micro enterprises in Hunan Province, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the background of the implementation of the model and eventually get a conclusion that Hunan Agricultural Credit Guarantee Corporation guarantees can carry out their own development through the industry chain model.By using literature research, case studies and other methods, this paper do a systematic study about the economic benefits, social benefits, risk that have existed of the industry chain model of Hunan Agricultural Credit Guarantee Corporation guarantee, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that, through the industrial chain model to carry out financing guarantees, Hunan Agricultural Credit Guarantee Company’s total guarantee sustained, stable and healthy growth. The model provided the impetus for its long-term development, and to carry out its security model innovation to provide a reference. |
