| Nowadays the level of economic development in our country has reached the well-off in the view of the whole country, however this well-off is an incomplete and unequal well-off society. So the main task for our country now is to construct the well-off completely and to accelerate the socialist modernization drive. In this new period of historical development, all aspects of society concern the quality of life and consumption unprecedented. There is an important practical significance to research the ways and means for improving the quality of consumption.This paper researched the Specific ways and means for improving the quality of consumption from the perspective of consumption environment. This paper follows the clues of from theory to empirical ideas. At first, this paper analyzed the role of consumption environment in improving the quality of consumption, and point out that the optimization of consumption environment improve the quality of consumption directly; is good for the all-round development; is good for improving the quality of goods and services; is good for expending consumer demand and improving the level of consumption; is good for the optimization of consumption structure; is good for ameliorating the way of consumption. Then this paper analyzed the problem such as natural environment problems, artificial material environment problems and social venture problems in our country and point out that the unsustainable production and consumption, and the imperfect Socio-economic institution is the main reason for these problems. Last, we design some counter measures for the consumption environment in our country, include implementing sustainable develop strategy, to develop circular-economy; proposing green consumption; to perfect social-economic institution; strengthen since and education, develop consumer education and so on . |
