Innovating Consumption Mode To Achieving Sustainable Consumption

When global economic growth slowed down from the rapid growth, or even a decline, it was found that simple economic growth was not sustainable and would face the restriction of resources and environment. So it is necessary to keep harmonious development of economy, society and nature. The sustainable consumption is one of realization mechanisms of sustainable development, its core thinking that saving resources and protecting environment is essential condition to construct the resource conservation society and promote harmonious development of economy, society and nature, there is important theory and reality significance to study how to realize sustainable consumption.For achieving sustainable consumption, the ultimate goal is to form scientific, civilized, saving, protecting consumption mode. Some scholars in domestic and foreign have studied sustainable consumption from the consumption mode angle, but mainly researched the citizen consumption mode, but at present many resources wasted and environmental pollution owe to the group consumption, and have demonstration effects and have affected the society enormously, therefore the group consumption mode has be researched by this thesis.Sustainable consumption is a kind of consumption that follows economic rules, social rules and nature rules in the global environment and the carrying capacity of resources to achieve economic growth, social progress, and optimizes interests of consumers themselves, other people and future generations to meet material, spiritual, ecological needs of consumers. This requests consumption mode is scientific, healthy, civilized, saving resources and protecting environment, but the group consumption and the citizen consumption have many phenomena which disobey with it. All these phenomena are summarized as follows: waste existing among administrative consumption and duty consumption, the straight consumption, material consumption and spirit consumption uncoordinated, postponed consumption, advanced consumption and human consumption. For solving these problems, it is necessary to innovate consumption mode according to the influence factors that is science and technology, regime, value concept and the basic principles of sustainable consumption, changing the group consumption mode by using electronic government and the duty-consumption monetarization, setting up Marxism happy view to form the sustainable consumption concept which instructs citizen to choose the sustainable consumption modes that are the circular consumption mode and the green consumption mode.
