Study On Integrative Development Of China's Technology Business Incubator And Venture Capital

The first technology business incubator has established in China in 1980's, the goal of this new concept is guiding high-tech companies though their growth process. From the first beginning, technology business incubator has been accepted as the technology foundation of the high-tech industrialization and the construction of innovative country. Through long term developing, our technology business incubator has already been the top class in the world, simultaneously also exposed some own problems in the development. Contemporarily, venture capital which has experienced the same developing process in China has faced certain obstacles in their field. According to the complementary factors in both technology business incubator and venture capital, to some extent, the integrative development of technology business incubator and venture capital will significantly resolve their developing problems in respective fields.The integrative development of technology business incubator and venture capital has practical benefits. To realize sustainable development of technology business incubator, the introduction of venture capital is indispensable. The appearance of both technology business incubator and venture capital has contributed tremendously to the high-tech industrialization and promoted industrial upgrading and economic developing. The integration of technology business incubator and venture capital is not only necessary but also relative issue. Technology business incubator connecting with venture capital could accelerate the growth of high technology companies, and venture capital could offer advanced service and operating programs better with the involvement of technology business incubator. However, could the public sector quality of technology business incubator integrate with the profitable venture capital without fundamental conflicts? Or what are their similarities and differences? This study is based on the previous researches achieved by native and abroad scholars, systematic analyzing the relationship between technology business incubator and venture capital, revealing the similarities and differences, and establishing the necessary and reality of the integration. This thesis has researched on integration pattern of technology business incubator and venture capital, and built scientific pattern of integrative development.
