The Study About Optimizing Environment Of Scientific And Technological Innovation In China

After 30 years reform and open policy, our country social appearance has had the huge change. At present, our country is especially urgent to the science and technology demand because our modernization enters the stage of strategy to attack a fortified position. Scientific and technological improvement and innovation have become determinant factors in enhancing a country's comprehensive power as well as its international competition. Hence, the environmental problems of scientific and technological innovation are playing an increasingly important role as well. Looked from the national economy development and the promotion comprehensive national strength strategic target, it's a urgent important task awaits to be solved in our country that develops a environment of scientific and technological innovation which has the innovation ability in the domain of science and technology. It also directly relates our country to implement the strategy of constructing the innovation national smoothly.
