With the improvement of living standards in China, people'demand of vegetable oil, soybean food, soy protein is rising, which makes the demand of soybean food also increasing annually, so developing soybean food processing industry has realistic basis. With the increasing number of soybean imports, China's dependence on imported soybean growing stronger and stronger. Domestic soybean market space is getting smaller and smaller. The influence of international soybean market price'fluctuation on China's soybean is growing. Once for political reasons or distribution of interests, we have contradictions with exporting country, which will make our country at a disadvantage. So the revitalization of China's soybean industry is significant and the development of soybean processing industry is related with the overall situation. As the main producing areas of soybean, soybean industry development situation in Heilongjiang Province has a profound impact on China's soybean industry as a whole. Soybean has been the pride and the lifeblood of tens of millions of farmers in Heilongjiang Province. The rise and fall of the industry is related to the interests of tens of millions of farmers. Soybean-producing areas in Heilongjiang Province have the same fine natural conditions as the foreign country. But in recent years, with foreign multinational corporations swept China soybean industry, the domestic soybean industry in Heilongjiang Province is assaulted strongly. How to develop soybean industry in Heilongjiang Province is an urgent problem we need to solve. On the purpose of this, the paper taking soybean food processing industries as the starting point, integrating situation and tendency of soybean food processing industry at home and abroad, analyzes the existed problems and affecting factors of soybean food processing industry in Heilongjiang Province. At last, it puts up some suggestions on the development areas and the selection of projectsAgainst the development of soybean industry in Heilongjiang Province, the paper analyzes the important position of soybean food processing industry and supply and demand situation of soybean products. Then it puts up that we should develop soybean food processing industry in Heilongjiang Province vigorously. On one hand, it can meet the needs of the market. On the other hand, it is also the need for the development of the soybean industry and the strategic need to enhance the competitiveness of China's soybean. Heilongjiang Province has resources advantages, green food advantages and policy advantages. Of course, soybean food processing industry in Heilongjiang Province also has problems such as lacking of raw materials processing, high production costs, lacking of large-scale industrial production and many other issues. This paper will focus on market factors, policy factors, technical factors and operational factors. This paper advocates that on the base of successful experience at home and abroad on soybean food processing industry development to explore soybean food processing industry development model in Heilongjiang Province. The paper puts up that we should learn from Japan on direction of development. Taking advantage of traditional soybean production to enhance traditional grades, establish a brand-new soybean with high starting point and high-tech; exploit their advantages in resources to consolidate international competitiveness of oil processing enterprises in our province. Learning from American experience, take specialized production branch operation of the group to develop high-profit protein and phospholipid processing. Use new technologies, new techniques, new products to transform traditional industries, to exploit new soybean raw materials for deep-level, and to promote the process of the soybean industry.This paper mainly uses the combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis method, the combination of theory and practice method, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method.Innovation of this paper is that through analyzing characteristics and trends of soybean food processing industry at home and abroad, on the basis of successful experience, points out the advantage and significance of developing soybean food processing industry in Heilongjiang Province. The selected perspective is new. Taking the method of combination qualitative with quantitative to research on situation and problems of soybean food processing industry in Heilongjiang Province is more objective. The constraining factors and the selection of projects have practical significance and are more creative.
