Study On The Organizational Structure Of Logistics Enterprises

In this paper, the logistics enterprise is a container yard, Container Logistics Container Yard is an important node, it directly affects the operational efficiency of container transport logistics chain operational efficiency, as a result of China's maritime development of the late international container transportation, container yard of the technological level and management level are relatively backward, since the the last century 90's, the state open to international freight forwarding, international container transportation is developing rapidly, with increased competition, customer service on the container yard have become increasingly demanding. The operational efficiency of container yard will direct impact customer satisfaction, but also the operating costs of enterprises. Case studies in this article are typical of the container yard of logistics enterprises.This article first introduced the design of the organizational structure of logistics enterprises in the general theory, based on the strategy set up to process-oriented organizational structure of logistics enterprises in the design model, the model used in this study for a container yard of the organizational structure of enterprises setting, which, taking into account the different stages of enterprise development strategy needs to take into account the information technology to business process changes.
