Commences from the background, analyzing the opportunity and counterplan for Ningbo Port to contend for being a vital container terminal and derivate the problem"How to raise the synthesize competition ability of Beilun 4th container terminal having the joint venture background and Ningbo bonded Logistics Park.Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Beilun 4th container terminal in the competition, via the model of one time linearity regression to predict the capacity of Ningbo Port and Beilun 4th container terminal.Researched the nodes of internal logistics operation network and put forward the improvement suggestion. Used detailed datas to carry on the analysis and used the statistical estimate method to measure each node's configuration,which contributes to research the internal logistics operation net work.Put forward the operation method and the improvement suggestion for each node that analyzed under the need of the joint venture operation, and expatiated measures to optimize the management and reduce restore.Analyzed necessity to enhance container truck utilization and the necessity to introduce the share modes.Analyzed the usage of terminal logistics management information system (key of the internal logistics operation network) and proposed suggestions of its development.
