With the development of the internet and the wireless communication, many new applications base on the internet and mobile telephone are invented, and the most important of them would be the new medium, what have created huge business value with the breakthrough of content and form. Now, the development of the new medium in the world are very fast.Our country have 2.1 hundred million net users, the second of the world. However, the potential power and function of the new medium are not mastered by the most people, they just enjoy some basic application such as amusement, communication, news etc. Under this background, this thesis will assort and introduce the most popular new medium in the enterprise's management and marketing, then call on the people to concentrate on the new medium's application and evolution by learning the new medium's character, development, influence, and importance, and go a step further, research more about the means and methods of management and marketing that the enterprise should adopted in the new medium's era. After summarizing the effect and influence of the new medium, this thesis will study more with some cases about the management and marketing mode that the enterprise could had been when enterprise entirely enter into the new medium's era, and then acquaint the enterprise with the technique and principle of enterprise's management and marketing that need to master in the future clearly. Finally, we will conjecture the possibility of the locomotive "soho" working, and it's influence to the people, enterprise, and society.
