With the development of market economy and the establishment of modern enterprise system in China, strategic management has gradually become a prominent problem among modern enterprise management. Based on the actual situation, the article makes a systematic analysis and research on the developing strategy of CardLink CompanyFirstly, the article makes a deep analysis on the internal and external environment of CardLink company then analyses the strengths and weakness of the company through finance status,management level,technological advantages,operational management,marketing and other key factors; And analyses the opportunities and threats of the company by PEST and FIVE FORCE model, which put the foundation for making developing strategy. Secondly, the article makes a quantitative Analysis and evaluation on the opportunity,threat,strength and weakness of the CardLink company by using AHP,EFE Model and IFE model and makes seven options of developing strategy of CardLink company by SWOT matrix.Finally, the article makes an evaluation on seven options by quantitative strategic plan matrix model (QSPM) and hopes the company to choose suitable and reasonable developing strategy of their own through relative research.
