In order to help Hainan Telecom to make right decision in future we also analyzed its main competitor Hainan Mobile.At last, based on the newest theory in the information area and the reference of the excellent telecom operators'experience we formulated the information business develop model for Hainan Telecom, suggested the information business develop view of Hainan Telecom in future, the businesses which Hainan Telecom should carry out immediately, the information business develop tactic compared with the competitors and risk defending strategy in future, hoping this can help Hainan Telecom make success in the development of information business.
