BOQ Bidding Mode Research

Since China's accession to the WTO,construction management system will have a lot of changes and reform in China,with the tendering and bidding system in the building industry got deeper extension and application,contradictions and problems construction of project bidding management activities will gradually revealed,such as mark-bottom leak,pricing and inventory model in accordance with the phenomenon of bidding ring etc.China's construction is facing opportunities at the same time,more is facing new challenges.The relevant government organizations in how to lead the bidding process,more standardized how more effective measures to prevent some abnormal behavior,is our country government management agencies in the list of urgent to solve the problems.From July 2003,China construction industry formally implement pricing by mill of quantities,this mode of valuation is the reform of original quota valuation model, is generally used a mode of valuation in the international under the conditions of market economy.This paper are analyzed carefully on the basis of research achievements at home and abroad, and systematically studied the domestic construction industry engineering bidding theory,with a research and exploration on the tender of a number of business competition and reasonable decision-making analysis and pricing strategy,as well as response measures of the volume of construction works list mode,and some irregularities are arisen and counter-measure is dealt in the process of bidding.Taking the tender of the engineering capacity list for instance,the use of analytic hierarchy process method is to establish the model of evaluation,using the established model for the specific application of a specific case,attempting to provide for depth theoretical and research analysis with respect to the owners tender and the evaluation methods,deeply analyzing three types of evaluation methods currently,such as comprehensive score method,the bidding approach of rational low quoted price and the lowest tender price.In the basis of comparative analysis shows some views myself.Therefore,the thesis constructed a relatively complete and systematic Quantity pricing based on the mode of construction projects bidding theory and practice of architecture.
