| The development of Forest Parks has nearly three decades of history, Forest Park has always been faced with a variety of challenges in this process, result in a number of hindering the development of Forest Park for sure. And planning as the most important means of guiding building, is not only been the focuses of research, but also the "Multi-District" that all kinds of contradictions and problems happen in. So the urgents that ensure the continuouse improvement of planning of forest Park are recognizing what the problems of planning of forest Park, what is the nature of the problems and what is the methods to solve the problems. Study on planning of forest Park is rightly against this background in this thesis.Based on the analysis of the research background, this thesis questions what the problems of planning should forest Park faced and explain the research goal and meaning of the thesis, including related concepts and the research methods. The second chapter introduce the theories on planning of forest Park and the using of them. These theories are the most effective means of solving the problems of planning of forest Park. In the third chapter, the thesis analyze the similarities and differences between Forest Park, Scenic spots and Nature Reserve through the horizontal comparison, clarify what is the characteristics of development and protection planning. The fourth chapter reveal the planning problems of forest Park of Heilongjiang Province by research and data analysis, then classify them according to the nature. The fifth chapter chose the prominence problems and solve them combined the characteristics of planning by using the theories introduced in the second chapter. First divide the planning and design into six levels, then explore the principle, foundation and method of the planning of systematics building, zoning and forest protection.And in conclusion, on the base of summarizing the whole thesis, gives some expectation on the question for discuss. |
