This paper compliance with the concept of"Data Driving Quality", and follows the route of"Measurement-Evaluation-Control"on Hinge Parts of manufacturing quality control, based on the traditional theory statistical process control (SPC), systemically represent a number of key issue come to the traditional theory of SPC in the actual production of the Hinge Parts and study the limitations of it.In this paper, the theory from the SPC quality control in Hinge Parts of a number of issues that exist, the method of Bootstrap will be the introduced in Hinge Parts quality control system ,in order to solve the deficiencies of traditional theory in the Hinge Parts of SPC.
