A Study On The Spatial Distribution And Location Of Manufacture Separarte Office Activity In Beijing

With Beijing's developing, manufacturing's office department has separated from production apartment. This study analyzed the objective statistics and subjective statistics for Manufacture of Electrical Machinery and Equipment, and attains the data of manufacture separate office activity's distribution and location selection. Basing this foundation, this research concluded the location change of manufacture separate office activity and forecasted the developing trend in future.This study found that the distribution of manufacture separate office activity spread inside to outside and assembled north of Beijing. To approach customers was the most influence for spatial location. The faction followed the approaching customers which effect the location selection was the rental and approach business associate. Though researching, this study found manufacture separate office would spread outside and assemble in HaiDian district and ChaoYang district.
