| With the rapid development of urban regional logistics,the logistics activity increasing,coupled with the small batches,multi-batch,many varieties of distribution demand and personalized,diversified consumption idea gradually formed,the past due to decentralized diversification of the current situation so that resulted in the existence of many small retail enterprises in the market distribution,their costs are high,the transport efficiency is low,also the logistics and distribution center utilization is low,the layout of the phenomenon is more obvious,at the same time exacerbated the city traffic congestion,environmental pollution and other issues.As a new model of effective integration of social resources,the Joint distribution provides a solution for the efficient circulation of goods,and what’s more,Distribution center location plays an important beginning for achieving common delivery.Firstly,This paper elaborates the distribution situation of commodities,which leads to the common distribution mode,combined with the application of Japan and other countries,also China’s achievements obtained in the pilot work in joint distribution,it is convinced that the Joint distribution is important to improve the distribution efficiency and service level and even the market competitiveness;Secondly,on the basis of reviewing the site of Joint distribution,Joint distribution center and the location of Joint distribution center about the direct community vegetables site,including the two-stage,four factors,four models,seven branches,two technology"the design of the architecture,and then learn from the distribution center site selection process and the general steps,followed proposing data consolidation,status analysis,address screening and other seven specific processes and steps;Thirdly,The two-stages model of the site selection is built,the primary stage about the distance and delivery volume is minimized,and the final selection stage is the maximum satisfaction for the model.and then this article put foword three kinds of location models,they are the total cost minimization,customer satisfaction maximization and bi-level programming model,and proposed the corresponding location method.Finally,for example,under the Joint distribution conditions for the actual site selection application in Urumqi,using the Lingo language and immune algorithm to solve,in order to obtain the best site selection program.It is hoped that this paper will help to deepen the understanding of the joint distribution,location problems of urban logistics distribution center,and also the subsequent selection problem study have a certain reference effects and model significance. |
