The analysis studying as the law,questionnaire wielding the document data inquire into law and the expert interview originally etc,in order to investigation and analyses the current situation of the salary system of personal trainer in Beijing Fitness Club.Summing up the problem that personal trainer salary system exists in drill.salary payment system at present,and then design that according to the reality of Beijing fitness club salary payment system go along to personal trainer.The following conclusion:1.Most club salary payment management are disorder,and implementations are not successful.The salary is not fixed.2.Fixed salary proportion is too low.Extremely,the income of personal trainer is unsteady,and is short of a guarantee.3.The designs of post income are not including of the working years,background and adjustion income.4.The design of persent commission can not improve personal trainer enthusiasm,and is easy to bring of personal friend income fluctuation and highly rate personal trainer running off.5.To the club,welfare cost is not entered overall salary payment by the plan.The effection of welfare cost is limited. The following suggestion:1.The fitness club ought to perfect salary system,reinforce the administration to salary payment,arrange specialized people carrying out the Human Resource Management basis for professional staff,in order to provide relative science and rational basis.2.The development strategy managing to fitness club have important meaning.The design of salary system is matching and then with personal trainer salary system and fitness club.3.To design personal trainer salary payment system once more,should abide by principle such as equality,competitiveness,excitation, legitimacy.4.The salary system is not always fixed.The fitness club must work out the suitable salary system according to self- conditions in different development stage.
