In recent years, logistics, taken as "the third profit resource", has been taken seriously and been developing rapidly. Lots of physical distribution centers are established to improve the efficiency of goods flow by large factories and commercial firms. Along with the development of market economy and improvement of logistics specializations,the logistics distribution challenges. Therefore, there is an urgent need to consider the level of customer service on the basis of the route on the implementation of the rationalization of logistics and scientific research. In physical distribution business, the vehicle scheduling problem affects mostly on raising service quality, reducing logistics cost and increasing economic benefits of physical distribution enterprises. This thesis is focusing on the routes optimization of Logistic Distribution and Delivery based on the customer satisfaction from theory of customer relationship management.Firstly, my thesis will be carried out systematically explaining the problem of routes optimization, including research background, current situation and the theoretical along with the existence of the problem. It points out the problems to educe the main idea of thesis. Then followed from different angles, according to analysis and research of VSP and CRM, this article brings forward fuzzy subjection function which is used to assess satisfaction of customers, and then build a model of vehicle scheduling problem which is based on Satisfaction of customers. In addition, through analysis of customer relationship management and logistics management idea, it comes out a logistics concept of customer satisfaction, which put "customer-centric" service concept of e-commerce environment into study. In this basic, customer satisfaction with vehicle routes optimization model can be structured. At the same time, I make a detailed description of the emerging various VRP algorithms home and aboard with the implementation of the principle. Meanwhile, I both analyze the advantages and weak points of the various algorithms and according to which, I set up a mathematical model with a typical case of Logistic Distribution and Delivery and demonstrate the C-W method to solve such problem.
