The Study On Developing Green Enterprise In China

With the nearly three decades of reform and openness, China has gotten the achievements of world interest in economy. However, these achievements are at the expense of consuming the sources of energy and high cost of ecological environment. The economic development leads to the vast pressure to the resource and the environment. Now we should seek a new pattern of development to change this situation. The green enterprise is a new one, which pursuits the lesser consumption of resource, the higher use efficiency and the lesser discharge, and the coordinated development of the three aspects which include economy, society and environment. So we must use suitable ways to make sure the green enterprise can develop well in our country, and ensure the enterprise of China to take a place in the international market with keen competition.The main content and frame of the thesis are:Chapter one is introduction. Based on Chinese environment and analysis educe that only by developing green enterprise make economy develop continuously; And have a review of domestic and foreign literature to lay a foundation for the following analysis of this paper.Chapter two is the related theories of green enterprise. Based on introduction of green enterprise in Japan,Germen and America, and summarize advanced experiences in China.Chapter five is introduced problems and cause analysis of green enterprise in China. This paper will introduce the current situation of the development of the green enterprise, point out behind the initial fruit there are many problems, such as technological innovation level constraint scale benefit, vested interest and traditional political achievement hinder external impetus, then emphatically analyse the reasons.Chapter six is countermeasure on the green enterprise in China. It will bring forward a series of countermeasures according to the problems and the reasons, including optimizing the industrial structure, setting up a system of green technology, carrying on the calculation system of green GDP, setting up a law system of circular economy, nurturing an ethic of green economy and setting up and improving the relative mechanism.Chapter seven is summary.
