Research On The Practical Teaching Mode Of Tourism Management

The situation between the supply and demand in recent tourism market is becoming bad to worse. The practical ability for tourism undergraduates is relatively weak, and consequently, the prospect for the students of getting the job is slim. So it is in urgent need of establishing a new practical teaching mode. The practical teaching is an independent system. The previous one is considered as the supporting part of the theoretical teaching, and also the understanding of teaching practice is relatively narrow, which confines the related research to the experiment and training.Based on the above understanding, this article makes the detailed research on the current practical teaching mode, aiming at improving students'overall quality in practice. It includes several parts: in-class practice module, experiments and practical training module and social practice module. In addition, the author makes full illustrations on the revised plan, experiment and practice base and staffs to the insurance of the completion.
