This is an era that the knowledge economy dominates in our daily life.The intellectual capital has gradually taken the place of the traditional factors and become the only most important strategic resource today.Therefore,the intellectual capital at present is considered the most valuable business assets and the most powerful competitive weapon.An Empirical Study of the adoption of a clear understanding of intellectual capital on the impact of high-tech enterprise performance effect is the use of intellectual capital to create the basis of enterprise value.In analyzes in the domestic and foreign existing related research results foundation,the present paper proposed that the intelligence capital and the enterprise achievements relations' conceptual model,and by in our country Shenzhen stock market,the Shanghai stock market correspondence tectonic plate,the computer tectonic plate and the electronic information tectonic plate going on the market high-tech enterprise takes the object of study,uses the component linear regression the method,has studied the financial capital and the intelligence capital to our country High-tech Enterprise achievements influence.The empirical study result showed:In Our country High-tech Enterprise,enterprise's financial capital still promotes the enterprise to synthesize the achievement the enhancement.The intelligence capital is Our country High-tech Enterprise gains the achievements intrinsic driving influence,already became the strategic resources which this part of enterprise achievement grows relies on.But we also note,the structure capital takes one of intelligence capital integrant parts,did not have to be able to unfold the strategic resources the characteristic,it is not explicit to the enterprise achievements' influence.
