The Study On The Development Of Real Estate In Suzhou

Since the twenty-first century,with the development of economy and the constant rise of people's living standard,China's real estate business has developed rapidly.The real estate has become one of the pillar industries of national economies and contributes the development of building industry,Chemical industry,furniture industry and so on.The development of the real estate has already become a common issue for the residents,the government and property developers.But there are also many problems which need resolving at the same time as the development of the real estate.So it is very essential to the analysis of the development condition of the real estate market in Suzhou.This paper applied Eviews,Economics and gray system analysis to make empirical study of the development of the real estate in Suzhou.This paper mainly includes four parts.Firstly,it discussed the research backdrop and significance,and it also summarized and commentated on the conditions of research on the real estate at home and abroad. Secondly,it discussed the theories of the real estate.Thirdly,it analyzed the relationship of the real estate and national economy.Fourthly,it analyzed the performance of the real estate and found problems in the process of the development,and provided the corresponding strategies and suggestions to these problems in order to facilitate the sound development of the real estate market in Suzhou.
