The real estate market is a socialist market system an important part of its products in the market and is an element of the market plays an important role. In recent years, with rapid development of the real estate market, the real estate industry as a consumer hotspots and new points of economic growth, the rapid development of the economy, the expansion of domestic market, the two-way investment and consumption growth, the change in the appearance of the city and the people's livelihood raise the level of play a tremendous role, not only China's national economy has gradually become one of the pillar industries, but also led the construction, financial and other related sectors of rapid development.With the "Rise of Central China strategy," the implementation of the central region of Zhengzhou City as an important city, the real estate industry is developing rapidly, driven many of the relevant industry's rapid growth; the development of the national economy has made a major contribution. Because of the characteristics lead to the real estate industry to the development of high-risk high-yield easily lead to a bubble economy, which requires a timely response to the Government and the developer of the situation and make more accurate predictions with the actual situation and make adjustments as much as possible real estate play the leading role in the national economy.On the basis of analysis to the current situation of Zhengzhou real estate industry, this paper applied economics, statistics ,Eviews and gray system theories to study authentically the development tendency of the real estate industry of Zhengzhou.This paper included five parts. First, it discussed the research backdrop and significance in the first part. The second part was some fundamentals of real estate industry. The third part was the current situation of Zhengzhou real estate industry and the contribution to GDP by the real estate industry. With the full and accurate data, residential real estate as an example, the fourth part had forecasted the development tendency of Zhengzhou real estate market from three aspects of supply, demand and price. This paper forecasted the development tendency of Zhengzhou residential real estate and came to a conclusion that: The price of real estate in 2008 will continue to maintain the momentum gained, but by the impact of the state's macroeconomic policies, the speed expected to slow, as the real estate market Quantitative analysis of the current situation and the situation, pointing out that the current real estate market in Zhengzhou City Economic Housing supply is obviously insufficient, excessive rise in real estate prices and other issues and analyze the causes. Finally, based on previous studies and for the real estate industry in Zhengzhou, we make policy recommendations on the real estate market.
