A Research On Financial Governance of Chinese Private Enterprises are the theme of this thesis. First, the text reviews the development of Chinese private enterprises, analyses the question of Chinese private enterprises. Second, the thesis analyses the question of Chinese private enterprises and points out the question of corporate governance is the main reason that restrict the development of Chinese private enterprises. Third, the article elaborates the concept and the contents of enterprise financial governance. At last, on these bases, author tries his best to find some ways that can accord with Chinese Private enterprises. The author hopes that it is helpful to improve the development of our country's private enterprises.The thesis consists of three chapters, it is organized as follows. In chapterⅠ, First, the chapter reviews the development of Chinese private enterprises and points out that private enterprises have become the main force, which gives impetus to the economic development in China. Second, the chapter analyses the question of Chinese private enterprises and points out the question of corporate governance is the main reason that restrict the development of Chinese private enterprises. Third, the chapter elaborates the relation of financial governance and corporate governance, and points out that financial governance may solve the corporate governance question of Chinese private enterprises. in chapterⅡI elaborate the concept of financial governance and the contents of enterprise financial governance then I compare it with the four relevant concepts: financial management , enterprise governance , enterprise financial institution and financial strategy .in chapterⅢI pose some ways which may accord with Chinese private enterprises. First, Clearly defined property rights structure. Second, Changing family governance model to the modern corporate system changes. Third, to define the basis for sound financial management structure.
