Nowadays,the speed of the Economic Globalization is rising.It has brought deep influences on the development of world economy,has promoted the internationalization of industrial division and the globalization of trade and finance,strengthened the relationships among different countries.Multinational corporations have become the carrier of economic globalization and promoted the international movement of production elements.The political structure has taken on the trendy of multipolarization along with the economic globalization.It provided the possibility for enterprises in Shanxi province to explore the South Asian market.Through hard working of 15 years,china entered into WTO in 2001. China will enjoy many special rights based on obligations.The entry of WTO also makes china become a part of multilateral trade system and supplied enterprises in Shanxi with the chances to take part in the international competition fairly.Shanxi locates in the middle part of china mainland,but the development of traffic and information technology makes the relationship between Shanxi and World get closer.The enterprises,which want to become Multinational Corporation in Shanxi, should go out and explore the overseas market.The South Asian started to rise in 1990s,the economy keep a high-speed growing.The South Asian market is an important market for enterprises in Shanxi,which try to explore overseas market.However,the trade volume between Shanxi and South Asian is low compared with the total trade volume between Shanxi and the world market.At the same time,the enterprises of Shanxi have not gotten great success in South Asian market.So,it is necessary to study how enterprises of Shanxi to explore South Asian market further.The logical clue of this paper is as follow.According to the Strategic Theories of Market Exploration,put forward the necessity and possibility for the exploitation of South Asian Market on the basis of the comparative advantage between Shanxi and South Asia and probe into strategic choice of market for Shanxi enterprises exploitation strategy of South Asian Markets.The follow is in detail. First,though analysis comparison among the Economical Gradient Theory,the Product Life Cycle Theory as well as the Comparison Superiority Theory,Shanxi enterprises should use the Comparison Superiority Theory to explore South Asian markets.Second,upon analyzing the Industrial structure supplementary,this paper proposes brightly the possibility and necessity for Shanxi enterprises exploitation strategy of South Asian Markets.Third,in the analysis of the overseas market,this paper proposed the microscopic strategy for Shanxi enterprises exploitation of South Asian Markets.Based on the condition comparison between Shanxi coal industry and the South Asia country,it proposed the center view developmental strategy for Shanxi enterprises exploitation of South Asian Markets,and considered India's increases in South Asia economy status,it proposed macroscopic developmental strategy for Shanxi enterprises exploitation of South Asian Markets.This paper elaborated the question that faced with in Shanxi enterprises exploitation of South Asian Markets.In order to promote the Shanxi enterprise to explore the South Asia market,it pointed measure suggestions as follow,expanding the government cooperation, consummating the supervising and managing system and Introducing the talented person.
