Human resources training is one of the important functions of human resources management.It is a basic route to promote enterprise's manpower capital value,and to strengthen enterprise's key competitiveness.Therefore,in order to grow up and to establish in an invincible position in the competition,enterprise must strengthen its own human resources training.This thesis is primarily discussing about the human resources training of china's large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises.This paper firstly defines the human resources training.On the basis of reviewing the theory of the human resources training,puts forward the significance of human resources training——Human resource training is the basic form of manpower capital investment, one important function of human resources management,a necessary requirement for learning organizations,and a basic route to foster enterprise's key competitiveness.The second part aralyses the development course and the current situation of the human resources training for staffs in China's state-owned enterprises.Comparing with some International outstanding enterprises having scientific and specialized human resources training,human resources training of China's large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises relatively lag behind:training system is not complete,the invest to training is not enough,the coverage rate of training is small,and the conversion ratio is in a lower grade.Its basic reason lies in:the system question of the state economy has not been solved well.Its property right system is not perfect,and there are still some problem in the state asset management At the same time,lack of external market terms,lack of scientific management mechanism,and unripe training system and training technique also create the Insufficiency of the human resources training in the China's large and medium-sized stale-owned enterprises.The last part makes the prediction of the development trend of the modern human resources training.And puts forward the overall thinking of improving human resources training of China's large and medium-sized stale-owned enterprise——To develop and improve its own human resources training system,on the one hand,China's large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises must to foster and optimize the scientific environment by advancing the reform and strengthening management in a more cost-effective manner;On the other hand,they must to stress the focal point of the work at present in different levels,and to develop a scientific human resources training.In this process,two points should be paid much attention to——first is to think and plan the human resources training from the overall situation.Second is to insist on contacting the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises' own characteristics closely at all times.The specific contents of these two aspects are discussed in detail in this thesis.
