Study On The Factors Influencing Grassroots Innovators' Entrepreneurship

Currently, China is building up its harmonious society. Chinese government pays much attention on the rural development. Because of the gaps between rich&poor,city&village keep increasing. Global financial crisis has closed many SMES and many farmer workers lost their job opportunities. Therefore rural entrepreneurship especially grassroots innovations entrepreneurship based on the grassroots innovations is becoming important to the rural development.Entrepreneurship is a complex process, has been effected by different factors, such as entrepreneurs, innovations, start-up team and environment. Furthermore, these factors interact with each other to influence the process of entrepreneurship.This research studies the following topics, for instance, what is the differences between innovator and entrepreneur; what grassroots innovations can be used for entrepreneurship; how to set up a qualified start-up team and what environment will benefit the rural entrepreneurship based on grassroots innovations.The basic conclusions are as follows: the key factor to a successful entrepreneurship is the entrepreneurs; the grassroots innovations in rural entrepreneurship need to be carefully selected and a well-structured start-up team will help the success of entrepreneurship.
