With the restructure of China Telecommunication industry and the issuance of 3G licenses,the domestic wireless telecommunication market has entered a new era, of which no single player is able to dominate the market.China Telecomm enters into market late and as consequence they only have 8%of wireless market.The focus of this paper is to frame out strategy to turn the situation around.The paper consists of five sections.Sectionâ… is introduction,of which it discusses research topic,objective,approach and also highlights innovation which will be addressed in details later on.Sectionâ…¡highlights research accomplishments on same topic from other studies both domestically and internationally.Sectionâ…¢,we are taking China Telecom Guangdong Co.Ltd.as an example to further analyze macro and micro environment,attempt to identify the opportunities and threats they are facing while leveraging the attractions of wireless telecommunication industry. Further more,we compare strength between different carriers against key factors lead to their success,and then apply the results to predict their next strategic move. Identify Voice of Customer is the focus of the section.Sectionâ…£leverages the results of sectionâ…¡andâ…¢as step stone to profess competitive strategy for China Telecom Guangdong Co.Ltd.Finally,in sectionâ…¤,on how to execute the competitive strategy,we give suggestions in many areas,such as:network quality,products suite to customer needs,innovation and mobile Internet,and etc.The Informationization character of Voice of Customer and the creation of demand for customer through innovation is the focal point of this paper.Through analyzing the different types of Voice of Customer,i.e.government entity,business entity,family and individual customer,we discover the commonality between them is informationization.How to walk around the increasing demand of informationization, while leveraging the capacity and competitive advantages of the company,through continuous innovation to provide differentiate mobile product and service that compatible with the LAN,is the main focus of this paper. High speed Wireless network is driving force to shift the market focus from government and business customers to individual customers and also is catalyst to create variety of demand between individual customers.In wireless telecommunication industry,service innovation and technology commercialization are more important than the 3G technology by itself.Telecommunication industry has gradually evolved from single value chain to multi dimension value network while the core of that network is individual consumers.In single value chain era,dictatorship is the key to success.On the contrary,in value network era,it yields to partnership. China Telecom Guangdong Co.Ltd.should position itself at right place in value network,and practice business with an open and collaboration attitude.
