Since the first free trade zone of our country—Shanghai Waigaoqiao free trade zone permitted to set up by the State Council in June,1990,free trade zone has achieved a lot after decades of development.However,the changes of economic environment home and abroad and the problems of free trade zone itself refrain its further development;First free trade port area-Shanghai yangshan free trade port area was founded in June,2005.
