M & A as a resource allocation and redistribution process is an important way to grow for enterprises,but also the most basic form of economic development of intrinsic motivation and external pressure.M & A activity provides a good platform to the academic empirical research.However,the current research of the M & A focused on the performance comparison of a listed company's before and after,lack of a more systematic,comprehensive study and theoretical analysis.Based on the above status quo,I choose An Empirical Study on the Performance of M&A between Foreign and Domestic Companies in China as the research titleIn order to more clearly comparative the performance of M&A between Foreign and Domestic Companies in China.I put forward seven assumptions base on the previous studies and conclusions,and at the same time use the factor analysis and DEA data envelopment analysis to verify assumptions.I hope these results will provide valuable reference to the listed company,investors and other interest related body...
