Under the background of economic globalization and political multi-polarity,Chinese electric companies start to get involved in the overseas investment projects.Ever since last decade,Africa has been the new focus of electric energy cooperation for the Chinese electric companies.However there exist some cross-cultural communication problems in the cooperation activities.In this thesis,these problems will be studied and analyzed respectively.To elaborate the problems in a comparatively intensive way,the author uses the cross-cultural communication theory to analyze the case of Shenzhen Energy's project in Ghana.It is stated in the conclusion that cross-cultural communication is the key point to the success of the Sino-African bilateral electric power cooperation.Some detailed suggestions and solutions to the possible problems are offered to lubricate better Sino-African cross-cultural communication,and hopefully they will be of significance to Chinese enterprises.
