Optimization And Implementation Solution Of Grid Construction Investment

Development of electricity brings forth rapid increase in grid investment,electric enterprises has paid more and more attention to the analysis on benefit of power grid investment because of the reform of the electric system,it is very urgent for electric enterprise to study and implement a scientific and practical method to investment evaluation.Based on Project Portfolio Management theory,the paper presents the general idea of grid investment optimization.Through analyzing factors of grid construction project investment decision,a Pre-Evaluation system of grid construction project is established.Considering the impact of financial constraints,economical efficiency,sociality,reliability and so on,the paper establishes grid investment portfolio optimization model.Based on the principles of independence,transparency,feedback and so on,a Post-Evaluation system of grid construction project is designed.Finally,a systemic evaluation of grid construction project investment optimization is established.
