With the deepening of the power system reform,strengthening corporate training management to enhance the professional quality of the employees to adapt to the rapid development of the enterprise is the objective need of human resource management.Based on this background,this article,aiming at the existing problems in training staff in the Northern Part of Power Grid Company,in practical,scientific and operational principles,focusing on the needs of business strategy,introduced in the training the capacity of the quality of models and staff career development to improve the training development model and fully dig the existing human resources.Using for reference to the training practice in domestic and foreign enterprises,this article puts forward the effective reform and improving ideas,trying to help the company further improve and establish a staff training system in order to enhance the competence of the staff so as to provide talent guarantee for the rapid development of the enterprise.
